Putting A Link On My Website

Does anyone know how to post a link. I have a website and when i published the link the end result is that the page is unavailable ???

I guess I did not explain the problem correctly, when I add the link "http://fineartamerica.com/profiles/robert-flowers.html" to my website
anyone clicking the link is being shown page unavailable
