Yes it works, it sends the info to my email, and I have certain fields required. I was thinking about adding a place where they can leave a comment.

This seems like a great idea.. I have a lot to learn regarding the artist website side of things. I had no idea they could be customized to this extent. If there are any tutorials or general guides relating to this can I please get some info???

I've just had a look Savanna.. It's all it needs to be really. My only suggestion is... the yellow coloured text is a bit difficult to read. It would work better with more contrast! :o)
