odd, are you sure you didn't make a sale? is the $20 in your paypal account? or was it an email that was sent to you?

if its not in your account - its a scam don't click on it. you can hover over a link and see where the link goes, i can do this in thunderbird mail anyway. never click a link in the email unless you know it goes to that page.

Did you check behind the scenes and look at balance?

Go to your name, top right, Click Behind the scenes, Accounting, Sales .

i've not been receiving notices for some of my sales but then find them in my sales behind the scenes. i contacted faa about this a couple of days ago but have not heard anything back from them. i find out about my sales when others kindly congratulate me. a nice surprise but those emails were very helpful. therefore make sure you double check your sales link.

I stopped getting the notices months ago. The explanation was that FAA mail is considered spam.

She said she checked her account. She didn't say how or where or what she checked. That's not a lot of detail. Has the balance been zero for a long time? Was there a record of the payment?

I would be looking behind the scenes under balance.

Brad...she said she checked to see if she sold anything...those sold amounts transfer into her balance,don't they?....I would think that counts as checking enough, but I could be wrong.

I got $12 on Monday and thought I sold something on Pixels because the email said Pixels.com/Fine Art America (that is the first time I've see it written that way) than I remembered that it was from a few small sales in late July.

That's probably what it is. From a sale in late July or early August.
