It's stunning that after all that explanation, after all the specific information, I've still got unresolved support issues that haven't been addressed.
After all that, the only action that's taken is to speculate on why tech support was confused and assume a bunch of stuff that simply isn't true, make the thread private, then close it.
Wouldn't it be a lot easier to simply address the issues instead of taking the defensive and making a bunch of speculative untrue claims? This all could have been resolved 2 days ago with a simple note that said something to the effect, "Oh boy, sorry for all the leftover testing images. That must be very aggravating. It was all our fault and we'll make it right pronto. Sorry for the hassles this has caused, but we'll try to do much better to make it right in the future."
Instead, mostly ignored. Insulted. Defensive excuses. Thread made private, then closed.
