Support Question: Graphs

I must have missed some change? Or, something is broken?

Every now and then, I announce a few new prints available on Facebook, twitter, pinterest, stumble upon, and google plus. Then, I check the stats graphs to see how well they are doing. I try to only do 1-3 at a time, because I find over self promotion of your available prints to your social network is incredibly annoying.

I haven't done it in a month or so, so I promoted 3 different new prints, and noticed that none of them are showing up at all in the graphs. Seems it's pretty much the same bunch of images showing up and not changing much. Did something get changed in the way the graphs reporting is handled to favor certain images only?

Yes Skip, something changed a few days back. It seems that some of the "live artists" work shows up but mostly it is work from the staff favorites..

@Pamela, Seriously?!!! So the staff not only control what gets featured on the front page, but they now control who's graphs get seen? No way?!!! So, unless the "staff" happens to like you or your work, you can't even use the graph system? That's seriously messed up.

What are "live artists"?

Can staff confirm what Pamela states above, the only way I can utilize the FAA/Pixels graphs in 15min/1hr/5hr increments is if staff has favorited my work?
