Where Is My Image?

I see it in your images - do a keyword search in there for Madison, you'll see it.
Probably a weird glitch that it is giving an error when you click it... we can't help with that, so contact tech if it doesn't show up.

Thanks, Heather and Jeffrey. I am glad you can see it so it must be there. I just cannot get it to show up when I search for it.

I get this message both by clicking on her announcement image and when I found the image in her galleries...you can see it in the gallery but you get the same 'not found' when you click on it.

I heard from Dawn re: my image and she said it is restored on their end and were able to send it to printing. However, I cannot find it anywhere in my portfolio nor on artistswebsite. I notified Dawn of this problem so hopefully it will be handled. I tried f5 on all my pages and nothing happens with that either. Any other ideas?

I've had two go missing recently (possibly more). One left behind a thumbnail which led to nowhere -- Tech Support was able to restore that one. The second is gone without a trace, and had to be reloaded from scratch.

It's very frustrating and concerning.

Actually, I had to reload the image too. Then it disappeared from sales page with no announcement page anymore! Yikes.
What is happening here?!
