~ Help! "announcement - Image Problem"

I recently sold 2 images to the same seller on Thursday. One was printable and the other one was a little blurry so I uploaded a better image of it on Friday. When I log into FAA, this whole weekend I still see the "Announcement-Image problem" page and the "Unless you can upload a better version of Sunset Palms by the end of today, we're unfortunately going to have to cancel your order". Also I have sent 3 replies back over the weekend to the FAA and I still haven't got a response back nor does this page disappear when I log in. So, my question is Does FAA not work on weekends? lol Or do they not check emails or respond back? I want the buyer to receive the print but not sure what is going on. The image size purchased is approx. a 15"x 20" so I was wondering if some of you would be so kind as to view it or let me know if you think there is still (for real) a problem with the image; as to why I may still be seeing this announcement page. Thanks guys

Good business practice would at the least announce via auto-responder that the office is closed, with an automatic, respectful reply notice to anyone emailing in.

Sadly, the ( qualified) "opinions" on print-ability are worthless to you, it seems . Only admin HQ can opine, or, accept/acknowledge on your replacement image.
All the more reason for a form-email to say the matter will be addressed Monday, and, take the pressure off the artist.

Reply to the email/announcement, including your new upload, and the Order Number.....it's all you can do.

Thanks for the responses! And yes Vivian, I have been a little stressed about it this weekend but it is what it is. Hopefully everything is fine with the new image and tomorrow's log in will be normal too! ...(fingers crossed)

Hi

Did you upload a new image (artwork/upload) or reload that one (edit image/change image).

It should be the latter. If you did that, fine :)

All is well! The new pic I uploaded was fine and I received an email today from FAA that everything was good to go so the sale did go through.
