Now Shipping From Uk

I can't find out how to get shipping from the UK. I fill in an order form to be sent to an address in the UK and it wants to charge me shipping (which then means customs duties on top) from the US.
How can you tell the order form to ship from Britain?

I had the same problem last Saturday. I wanted to order 6 prints for myself to be shipped to France, so the shipping should have been free, but it still says 'shipped from the US' and wanted to charge me shipping of £25.
I'm still waiting to hear back from support..........................

Where you ordering regular prints Georgia because the UK shipping only applies to canvas and metal prints and now greetings cards. They haven't set up a company to fulfil art prints or frames yet.

Oh, that explains things. Hopefully they will soon do photo prints, too.

Sent an email to HQ asking when they will be doing photo prints in the UK, no answer as of yet.

I tried to order a canvas print .. I live in Ireland and the shipping should be very close to the shipping costs to UK -
However, the shipping costs are higher to Ireland than shipping a canvas print to the USA - can't be right .. Ireland is close to UK and is part of Europe... .and if canvas prints are now being shipped from UK then shipping should be adjusted accordingly.
Any suggestions or feedback ? .

Yes Gill, I was ordering regular prints.................that explains it!
I really hope they are able to add it to the UK printers soon, I have some frames to fill and would love to order from here.

Any news on regular prints for the UK?
