Thanks, Lance. Four red ones. Funny how red seems to be the favorite colors for selective color pieces.

That Chicago theater sign sure gets around a lot. Seems to be as popular as the Hollywood sign.

Here's a tongue in cheek piece...

Don't have much in the way of selective color, but I think this counts.

April, that's beautiful!

Patrick, those trees are spooky, aren't they?

Why, Colin? Is he for or against selective colors?

He was my guru when I purchased Photoshop 2. I still refer to his book once in awhile, but now the internet is full of great videos.

What I like about the program is that there is always more to learn.

Very subtle use of color, Greg. You have to look twice. Thank you!

Won't it be grand when we can get a 40 x 60 print from a cell phone picture, Marlene? Can't wait!

Very nice, Delilah. They both set a very soothing mood.

Good ones, Colleen! Thanks for showing us your work.

Rebecca, hope you and all the artists that celebrate Labor Day have a great one.

Personally, I wish it would rain sometime in the next decade. Marlene, couldn't you have sent some of those downpours our way?

Marlene Burns

It's plenty grand now, Chuck. They print up beautifully at an impressive size!

A picture of a dinosaur. Hard to believe that some handheld cameras can do even more than this monster.

Mary Ellen, thanks. I wasn't even thinking about painting.

But I should have. Rebecca, as you know, that's one of my favorites.

That's an interesting comparison, Patrick, and I like the use of selective color.

Here's one I like by Meirion Matthias whose description reads: A rambler in a bright red waterproof coat stands and takes in the view on the shores of Bala Lake, North Wales, UK.

Edward, don't know what it is about tractors, but they sure seem to sell well.

I always wonder what you will come up with next, Brian. Effects-wise, that is.

That hotdog sure looks tasty!

Rudy, what a beautiful structure! I had to search to learn more about the temple: The Bahá'í House of Worship in Wilmette, Illinois, is the oldest surviving Bahá'í House of Worship in the world, and the only one in the United States.

Thanks, for sharing your work, guys.

Thank you Chuck - It's against the rules to go into that, but I can say I guess that I am involved for the last 40 years or so. I desperately need to go back there. (with a real camera this time lol)

Thanks for the response to my images Chuck. The first one of the grayscale OOF image with the boy holding the fishing pole into the other image in color was kind of a suggestion from another FAA member some time ago. It wasn't my own preference but until you try it, you don't always know exactly how the result will be.

Chuck Staley

That's what I love about working on images, Brian. So many different things you may do with them.

Rudy, if I ever go up to that part of the country, I will surely put the temple on my list of things to see. It's marvelous craftsmanship.
