Url Change

Hello all. Long story short, I'm looking to go premium, but before I do I need to change my URL. I emailed FAA about three days ago and haven't heard anything back. Does anyone else have any experience with this? Is it just easier to set up a new account? - Thanks!

Your URL does not change; you just get an AW web site to go along with the others. If you're ready to take the plunge, it should be as easy as clicking the link in Behind the Scenes and paying via credit card.

There are 2 places Behind The Scenes were your name is inserted.
1. Contact Information.
2. Tax Information.

I'm not sure which one is being used to generate the web link address.
My best guess would be the Contact Information section.
Maybe Abbie or someone can tell you which one to change for the new web link name you want.
