Tech Support Response

Hi everyone,

Has anyone ever contacted tech support? How long of a wait for response?

Each day is different on the workload, but generally they respond fairly quickly. Is there something we may be able to assist you with?

Hi Jeff,
Yes please. All the links located on the bottom left are not redirecting to my artwork. If you click on any of them, they re-redirect to another artist, David Haskett. I think the problem is, my name is similiar to keyword - DIGITAL ART. I think all the tech person needs to do is to change the url on all my links on the back end of site to JW-DIGITAL-ART. ( I notice that url address on my profile page ). I cannot even see any of my iphone cases at all. Anything you can do would greatly be appreciated, Jeff. I have ppl waiting for me to submit the url for them to start viewing/shopping. I don't want to submit that info until it's resolved. Thanks again.

oh i see the issue, digital art is a filter, and your name is that filter, i don't think there is a fix other than changing your name. ideally though since people are already on your page to see this, you have them there already.

Hopefully they will be able to find solution. I can't view any of my iphone cases at all. Bummer. ;(

I am sorry but, as that is just another search page, it sort of follows the search rules and would look for digital art. I will be in tech support soon and send this to Sean to take a look at for you. I was bad and took a couple of hours off with my puppies

The cases are on http://pixels.com and premium sites only

Pixels.com is going to become the parent website that sits above all the other websites. As we introduce new products (e.g. iPhone cases, calendars, puzzles, etc.), each new product will appear on Pixels.com. The "fine art" domains will continue to only sell products that fall under the "fine art" heading (e.g. canvas prints, framed prints, etc.)

Thanks so much Isabella. I hope they will be able to resolve this. It is the same issue on Pixels.com. I think if the tech support can change the url for each of my links to something like JW-DIGITAL-ART ( with the "-" hyphen) it may help. The system will read that and may separate from just Digital Art keywords.

puppies is a technical term for server? :)

in any case you'll have a really tough time here, because anyone typing in your name - will get digital art as a result.
