Carved Leaf Art

Roy, I took a look at some of them and they are not all carved, a few look like painted on and they are Chinese.When I was at the Beijing international airport I saw some for sale in a gift shop for around $20 but after my careful examination I was not sure it was painted or printed .

Alfred - I 'noticed' that some appeared to be painted - but those that seem to be cut out - are pretty cool. I've seen people that paint on feathers - but leaves. And the cutout ones, if real - are certainly an meticulous art of patience.

This looks like a job for a CNC machine. You could crank them out by the bucket full once you upload your image.
