Faa Search Engine Issue? Keyword Search Not Working For Phrase

By chance I did a search using the FAA search keyword function for one of my prints. The subject is 'Running Eagle Falls". (Image posted here) It's also the very first keyword phrase I entered into my keyword search, which you can see. The image has been posted for several weeks, so time is clearly NOT an issue.

It matters not how I use the keyword search, the image simply is not appearing on any page when you type in any keywords I have attributed to the image. I've tried "Recently added" "most votes" "recently sold" and "random" Image is NOT showing up!

Needless to say, yes I'm on the verge of implying something pretty heavy here, I'm not pleased. I have also taken note that a fellow professional photographer whom I shared a 2 week session with in Glacier Park (John Vose) used similar/exact same keywords as I have for similar subjects captured the same day. I do NOT see Johns posted images either

Now, just the opposite occurs when I type in "St Mary Falls". I clearly see my image posted, using that phrase.

Any reason why this may be happening?

Here's the link to the image posted. Feel free to browse keywords added dating back to late July

You uploaded it yesterday. May still be lagging on the 24 hour thing.

No Joe, the image was uploaded weeks ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look at the views. My clients see it if they happen to peruse the Montana gallery. That's it

Strike that. I'm a moron. I was looking at the "last viewed" date.

I've searched for it too and, you're right, it's not showing. Very odd. Contact tech.

Other prominent keyword phrasing that buyers would be using are "Rising Wolf Mountain"

I've clearly added the phrasing properly in the keywords however the image does not show up there either.

I noticed a few weeks back, my all time best selling print (on FAA anyhow) "Roaring Brook" suddenly stopped selling. I've sold HUNDREDS of them.. When I investigated, all my keywords had been cleared out!

Once again, I'm definitely implying something.

I have reported this discrepancy to Tech Support for you, Thomas.

I am and I have responded in the bugs thread

If the implication is that search is missing images then the best thing to do is contact tech support so they can see what the issue is.

THX Jeffrey, and THX Abbie for the support.

Adam, that's not the implication. Believe me, someone better hope this IS a technical issue. Read ^ ^ a few post up. A "bug" does not delete all keywords from a best selling FAA print

It appears at least for the time being the keyword search is working properly. At least from "my perspective" considering my own personal images.

For the first time in quite a while, when I type in "Vermont scenics" ,the two best selling FAA Vermont prints (medium-photography) show up #1 and #2 in the search correctly.
With regards to the keyword search for "Running Eagle Falls" and "Rising Wolf Mountain" the print in question is also now showing itself in the search results. I also noticed the search results previously displayed only 23 results (all artist) for 'Running Eagle" and now we are displaying at least a dozen more :)

I hate to assume, but I'll just guess and say perhaps this has been resolved for everyone?

With regards to my keywords being deleted from my Vermont print a while back? Not sure that will be answered
