Rules And Regulations Us

please help me out,

i made a piece with a picture, capturing a (part of) Frank Senatra songtekst....

am i allowed to sell this in my shop?

or do i violate rights when i do so?

or do i have to add the name of the artist or so?

As per the Fine Art America Terms of Use:

basically your on your own. if you think you violated something, and you had to ask, then maybe you did. your on your own if you get in trouble. the site assumes you have the proper permissions. if you have doubt, its safer not to post it.
