Found In A Storage Locker

Michael, I have brought over the signature for you now I see what it is for

yeah I found this in a storage locker, I have 4 more pieces, sometimes it just boggles the mind on what people would leave in them

It looks Mayan or Aztec in design and the name looks like perhaps Martinez? Have you tried a google image search?
