Hey thanks. In the article Brad references not being able to dress his Barbie. I remember that day so well, I did a painting of it. He was Brad from the get go, and we were happy to let him be him.

That is fabulous!! The quote "too many pieces jumpsuit" is funny -- made me laugh! Does he have any plans to go on Project Runway?

Patricia, Brad has been asked that question for years and no, he does not. My boys were home for Christmas this year and I got to see Brad in action as he designed and completed 2 pieces for Azealia. He did sketches, then a pattern which he sent to her, then to his sewer so they could be delivered in time for New Year Eve. Amazing how quickly Brad and his team can make this happen. For one dress (an outfit for a performance) Brad had to sew several flowers that were used as appliqués then overnight them the day after Christmas.

For the record, Brad has always been a design standout, recognized in college, Chicago Art Institute, later working in Europe with an international designer.

Fabulous work Kevin, you have ever right to be proud of your son... I'd love to wear his designs.... if I was still on the stage...

Thanks Barbara. I recall once several years ago when a freshman in college someone asked Brad, "what do you want to be?" His reply, "I AM a fashion designer." No equivocation there.
