Sorry, I do not mean to flood the forum but, if interested I am giving one person the chance to show off their small slideshow on my sidebar, plus I have 2 advertising spaces to give up (125 x 125 pixel ads on the sidebar) for 1 month each

If interested, please let me know below and we will draw names out of the hat in a day or two. First drawn will get the slideshow space and the other two for the sidebar ad

I know you probably don't want to risk publishing interviews from some people, but why not bring back these anyway?

I've seen some people require a CV of 5 or more years of professional experience, or a list of notable awards. That could eliminate people too new to the field to bring interest.

I really didn't have the time before with work, business and family but I will look at doing that now I'm more settled

We don't publish all interviews btw. Only ones that make the grade

Granted, if a grade was even given. Feedback is always nice and does wonders for the learning process, but a form rejection letter could do in a pinch. Again, why not try the CV approach? :D
