Regarding Blog Syndication Program.

At past I requested to FAA for blog syndication program, but recently, I have transferred my blog to Google blogger. I was going again to request for blog syndication, but failed, because software noticed that I requested at past, and said, that I have no need to submit again for blog syndication program. Will anyone help me to resubmit my blog again for blog syndication ? My recent blog URL is http://amarpainter.blogspot.com
