I have had some time to think about my comment. It could depend on how large your space is. In a smaller space you may want to use the single version as the triptych may be too large (if it is the large sizes I have seen are about the length of a medium sized couch and 41/2 to 5' high) and not be seen properly in a cramped space, overpowering all your other work and taking a major amount of space.
If you can go smaller in a small space that would work. You are the best judge, just something to consider.
You also may want to have (i'm thinking for myself also!) a notebook with quality copies of your work cut into triptyches mounted on the heaviest card stock (Walmart the best price for card stock $5.99 a pack as opposed to $20, use spray glue or heavy duty dry stick glue to adhere) under non-glossy plastic leaves.
One print could be made and then cut on a guillotine cutter (makes the cleanest cut, libraries have these to use, OfficeMax $35 for their generic very good quality cutter, don't go any cheaper because they don't work!).
