Trouble Uploading Admin Help

I am trying to upload a 4.00 image and I am getting an error stating its too big. Can an admin help me with that please? Thank you

Melissa, not much help for sure but I have noticed that anytime there is an upload error it says the image is too big. I will try and locate administrators help thread for you.
