Terms Of Service At Faa Questions

Quick question. Where are the FAA TOS posted onsite, please, thanks.
I'm interested particularly in whether there is an age at which the young are permitted to upload on Premium, and do business therefore.

It's not stated in the Terms of Use.

Abbie explained as long as artists under the age of 18 and have their parents approval.
