and it feels like September here already up in the mountains of Pennsylvania.
The birds have been suspiciously quiet, Sumac tipped in red & gold - & yesterday I heard a few geese go by...

I wouldn't mind an early Autumn ( for it is the most glorious season of all ) , but it has to promise me to stick around for a good long while.

This has to be the fastest year in history. I got together with relatives this past December and I swear it feels like only yesterday.

I agree with all of you....I would be perfectly happy with many more months of Fall. People think I'm crazy when I say that I hate Summer. LOL

We won't cool down here until mid-October. I'm counting the days.

Agree with all of the above. My favorite season for sure. It would be fine with me if Autumn ran from August through February. :)

The back to school sales are out today. Where I live winter just ended last week and it starts again in another week:). We finally had a 30C day this week, which is 86F.
