Help With Shopping Cart

I was just about to make a purchase when I discovered that an old item which I never bought is still in shopping cart, and I can't get it out of there to buy the other!
Any suggestions? Is tech support techsupport@faa.com?

It's found under the 'About' link, at the top-right of this page. Scroll to the very bottom and click 'Contact Us'.

I've never had a problem removing something from the shopping cart; hope they get it sorted for you!

You probably already tried this, but the usual way is to change the quantity to '0', then click 'update'.
