What's Happening With The Members Newsletters ?

Is anyone else having problems with receiving their weekly FAA email newsletter ? Delivery my end is erratic and when it does arrive the layout is all weird lately. Since becoming a member of FAA a couple of years ago I always received my newsletter on Mondays, then they stopped arriving mysteriously, then they started again, and now when they do arrive the layout looks terrible. By the way no newsletter this week. As a paying member I thought the newsletter was a benefit and I always looked forward to seeing it.

I have never received and did not even know FAA had a newsletter until recently I found this on the internet:

http://fineartamerica.com/newsletters/five-percent-commissions.html

This newsletter is not dated, but the responses are from June, year?

I'd like to know how to get them?

On the top right menu, when logged in, there is a drop down with everything you need for the site

BEHIND THE SCENES is for all the tools you need to set the site up and PROFILE is where your site is. I know it helped me when I first joined to just play in there a while before dong anything else.

At this time you are searching for UPDATES

AOL and COMCAST do block our mails every week and we strongly recommend people uing those accounts get a new provider for FAA, like gMail or Hotmail which are free accounts.

Otherwise check your spam folders as the updates have gone out regularly

Thanks Isabella, I found "updates", my box was checked "Yes", but day of week to deliver was checked "never"? So changed to Monday and hopefully I will start getting updates!

Is there a place on FAA that archives the old Newsletters, so I can go back and read them? I can't seem to find them, if any?

I haven't received a newsletter for a very long time. Didn't get them initially, then did for a while. Now it's been so long since the last one I forgot we even got them.

Comcast declared war on spammers. A year of more back. Problem is if you get more then one email in 24 hours from the same emailer, they see that as spam all to often.

The also see anything coming form Yahoo mail as highly suspect and the send that to the trash file or the spam file. I don't even turn my Comcast mail on anymore. It is just really bad to use. I use Yahoo and Gmail.

The new Yahoo is very good .... so far. Only had it for a month or so but it is very good, much improved.

i get other mail from comcast from here, the newletter is more - bi-random.

i don't really want to change my email just to get mail from this place. there should be a reason why they think our stuff is spam. it makes it hard to use the newsletter feature.

In my exactly one year of membership here I've gotten 1 newsletter. I really enjoyed it and wish I could get them every week. Unfortunately I use Comcast. Until about a month ago I got sales announcements via Comcast but now those don't come through any more either. They don't even end up in my spam folder. If they were there at least I could retrieve them but Comcast doesn't even let them get that close. Sure wish there was a way that FAA could make friends with Comcast.

Does that mean that people (potential buyers??) who sign up for our newsletters on our AW have the same issue not recieving them from FAA?
