Can anyone tell me why the default pricing I set is not working? I have uploaded and deleted my image 3 times and still every time I do, I click on my photo and look at the FAA website prices and I get the same sale price listed for like 5 or 6 different sizes!! They are NOT the prices I set for my default (I want across-the-board pricing for any image) and comes out to be about 12 bucks for the smallest to even for a 16 inch print!
Silly question that needs to be asked. When you set your default pricing, I presume you did correctly Submit (save) the prices? If so, when you upload new artwork the prices should automatically be filled in on the bottom of the upload page.
You are seeing your prices when logged in. Click the show price details under them - you'll see the break down.
Up to a 14" print is the same cost TO YOU... without YOUR markup.
Log out and you will see the cost to customers is different - it includes your markup.
