Need Help - Login Issues!

I tried to change my password and it would not let me login with the new password. When I put in forgot password and requested a new one be emailed, it is saying that the email does not exist! I had to create a different account to start this discussion. Please help! I have emailed tech support, but have heard nothing yet. I realize that is is the weekend and this may not be handled until then, but I would really like to be able to access my account.

Sharon, I'm sorry this is happening to you and I know it's frustrating. I don't have any answers for you, but just wanted to advise that FAA is a small(ish) operation and it is Saturday evening/night for the mods and tech support. You may have to wait a bit before this issue can be resolved.

Sharon - I found your "first" account and sent a message to you. You should be able to use the email for automatic sign in until tech support gets you figured out. :-)

For about the past two weeks I have had trouble opening the website. I changed my password a few days ago just in case that was the problem, but the situation continues. Are any of you having this difficulty or is it just me? I contacted customer support over a week ago, but no response. Thanks.

You would need to contact Tech Support for assistance with login issues. Be sure to select them from the Contact Us tab. Personally speaking, I have not experienced any login issues.
