Kiez-germany???

Kiez is a search engine bot that indexes your artwork. It's a good thing, but rather annoying seeing them on our stats.

I'm new on here and just wasn't sure. I've had images stolen off of Facebook recently so I was a bit concerned.

The past few sales I've had have come up as Kiez as the view when it sold - so be glad that whatever search engine is using that IP is working.

My experience has been, when someone views an image Kiez shows up immediately afterwards. Not in every instance, but a majority enough to see a pattern. One would think with so many bots that visit our pages we would all be glowing with an abundance of sales - at least in theory. :-)

Kiez shows up as viewed within a few hours of uploading a new image. They usually are the first one shown as viewed. I also get New York, NY. In theory ....It sure would be great if that did cause us all to have an abundance of sales. Is there certain things you could recommend to increase sales or exposure???

Have you thought about creating art videos for YouTube, for example? It's free advertising. Most computers these days have software pre-installed to put something together and add music. Once published online you can include links to your website.

That's a great idea. I never thought about that. I'll look into that. This site is the first that I've ever done to sell my images so this is all new to me. I really appreciate your advice. Thanks again.
