I've entered a photo contest for the National Wildlife Federation and would appreciate your support and votes for the people's choice segment....you can vote once a day from now through July 27th...so it's important to vote right away and every day if you can for any or all of my entries! I have eight photos in the contest and the link is above to vote. You do have to register to vote (just the first time), but it's easy and requires almost no info. This was my therapy last night after having to say goodbye to Annie Banannie...and it's in honor to her that I did this. I would have entered one of her photos, but they did not allow pets in this contest. Thank you for all the love and support you all showered me with yesterday during the worst moments of sorrow.

This is a juried contest, but the part of it I am requesting votes for is the "People's Choice" segment.

I love the preening hummingbird and would have voted for it - but if I have to sign up - my deepest regrets - but no.

Thank you to everyone who has helped so far...I really appreciate it. And Roy, no worries...I do understand although it is a reputable site.

Today and tomorrow are the last days to vote in this segment, then the FINAL round starts to determine the winner out of the final 64 semi-finalists.
You can vote for one or all of my (or anyone's) images once a day.

The FINAL round voting (after this current segment) starts and runs as below. If I make it into the finals your support would also be greatly appreciated. Sure would be fun to see one's own work in this magazine!
