How Do Have Your Artwork Shown In The Order Positions You Want?

Hi!

On my own personal FAA page I have my work in the position order I want,
but on my public page my works are not in order. How can you have your work
shown to the public in the order (positions) you want?

Thank you,

Philip

It's a bit of a pain the way they have it because you essentially do it one at a time. It would be much easier if there were a better way to do it. Basically, when you're signed in, go to your "Images" page and there will be drop down menus under each image. That lets you order them they way you want. You can also order your galleries that way, too, and images within your galleries.

This is a problem with this site. If they had a "drag" system it would save tons of time. Also, the FAA site and the Artists Websites show differently... 4 across here, 3 across there, so you have to determine which presentation is more important to you. It just took me approximately one hour to rearrange one of my galleries because of this awkward system.

Good luck.

Its a pain but I do it because showing your work randomly is not going to keep viewers engaged. Anyone that thinks that all visitors are going to find your galleries is mistaken. If they link in to your image through a Google search they are likely to hit the next button and if you don't show something similar you lost them. I make a lot of multiple sales and I like to make it easy to kind my images. You can't rely on them going to your profile or portfolio or home page because the link is very small and there are no words saying "See portfolio" or words to that effect to get visitors from your image page to your home page. Combined together these site weaknesses and a few others make for a very poor viewer experience unless you organize your site.
