1...Get yourself an art agent..
2...find a gallery willing to show your work...
3...show your work at art fairs..
4....ask folks here

more keywords, descriptions, more work, advertise all the time. you'll want to scan your images a few are too blurry to print, and many are quite small. add a better bio, google won't find you with that one.

mostly it takes a lot time and patience building up a following on all social sites and a following for your work. at the very least join more groups and enter more contests.

How do I get my images bigger? I paint on canvas so I take a picture of it and then upload it- is there something I'm missing.

As far as bigger images, are you scanning them in or shooting them with a camera? If you know a photographer with a good DSLR camera, ask him or her for help. I can't see technical issues here on this computer to comment on the technical side. I would actually kinda hate being a painter in the digital age as you folks need to be able to paint and in many cases take a great photograph of it in order to showcase your talent.

As far getting your art seen on FAA, it takes time, and you need to help in that regard. Print up business cards with your AW or Pixels site listed. Meet like minded artists at galleries. Send links out on social media. Put out fliers, anything you can think of to get your brand out there. On FAA, you can still hob knob with folks. Join groups, contests, comment on other folks work. Some will argue this does not do much, but anything that gets your name out there is a bonus in my book.

Case in point. Someone asked me if I had taken a photograph of a train they wanted and I had not. But I had seen someone else on FAA who had and I was able to put the two together.

scan them in, use a high dpi. the picture is the problem, it will only look as good as the camera can handle and you can handle the camera.

I've personally found in very short time here that joining and participating in like-minded groups have helped me get seen. Can't tell you about SELLING, because I've not even had a sniff that way. Also, the more comments and likes your images have, the more likely they are to show up in the search results....so find some artists who inspire you, comment on their work...most return the favor. Other wise....hang tough and good luck to you.

Being seen is no guarantee of being sold however!

If you participate in any online forums of any kind, create a signature that includes your FAA gallery link and put it at the end of every message you post. Anyone reading your posts will find the link, and so will Google.

So very true Martin Davey!

What a great idea James B Toy! I'll have to try that.
