Pinterest: Upload Pin Vs Pinning From Faa

Hi,
just dipping my feet in Pinterest for marketing my images.
Which method of the two do you use and why ?
Uploading a pin directly from my FAA pages would be handy but I feel that the rendition of such images on FAA is somehow of a inferior quality.
I'm thinking about rendering higher quality images and upload those as pins but this seems to be a 2 steps process:
1) upload the image from computer as a pin
2) re-edit the pin and modify the sourcce to have it point to the pertaining FAA page.

Your thoughts ?

I use the pin button under the images on my AW site.

I use the pin buttons on FAA and my AW site -depends on where I am when I want to pin. The idea is to get them to come to FAA - "I" don't think there is such a degradation of the image to make it necessary to go to all that trouble.

I don't think you want to upload a high quality image because it will be stolen. I just pin from FAA.

pin it from here so you can link it from here. and yeah, you don't want high quality there, you actually want lower quality there.
