Wrong Thumb Nails

I'm starting to get some of the thumbnails in my galleries showing the wrong image so it look like I have two photos the same..When I click the thumb nail the correct image show up.Any ideas on how to change this.

If you were just uploading and had 2 windows/tabs open that were FAA/pixels, that can happen.

It can also happen if you name two or more images named the same thing.

Thanks Heather and Joseph.A double whammy for me as I did both.Is the cure to delete one of the images and upload againg?
