Kite Strings

Hi I am looking for your opinion here

I have just edited this photograph and I am lookinig at it and thinking I should take out the kite strings which look like fine lines across the sky, I don't think they do anything to enhance a photo, and I suppose taking them off would be a choice thing, what would the majority do? See pic below. Many thanks for your comments.

I kind of like the strings in there, you know for sure it's a kite. Just a personal opinion, I'll be curious what other people think.

Mary - I would leave them for the same reason Mary B stated - people will know it's a kite.

The string doesn't bother me but the tilted shoreline with the sky does.

Alfred, I know what you mean, but in this particular photo, the tilt doesn't bother me.....

Without the kite strings, I would wonder why a giant puffy fish would be floating in the sky. Personally, I don't like to have to make sense of things. Very cool kite!!
