It a 'bug' with the system.
I noticed it the other day when testing out social counters for someone else.
When the system puts a '1' at the beginning of your url (it does this because there is another image with the exact same title and artist name, and it needs a unique url) then when you edit the image again, it swaps the '1' to a '2'. If you edit it again it swaps the '2' to a '1'. And so on...
You can 'fix' it by just re-editing your image, and just press the 'submit' button without changing anything.
There is no way to specify wildcards in urls.
