Navigating The Discussions

Well, I was originally able to click "Discussions" in the menu and I was taken to the forum and saw the newest posts. I got interested in several of them. Then I went searching for the topic "compression." When I couldn't find the answer, I posted a new question. But then I could not get back to that original front page, the newest discussions. All I could get to was the compressions search results. Then I received in my email (thank God I checked the box to be notified!) that I had some answers. I clicked the link in email to see my answers. Now when I click discussions all I see is my one question!? How do I get to see the newest discussions?

Try deleting your search word in the Search Discussions Box...

As Ed said.. Remove the word from the search box

There's a Gray 'X' in your search box....click that to clear the search box.......been there, done that...infuriating!

Thanks. This time when I came back it was back to showing the newest posts. Don't know how or why. I forgot to mention that I had tried clearing the search box repeatedly to no avail. Didn't see any little gray X -- I will try that now while this thread is working and see if it works for me.

Vivian, that worked -- the X is pretty clear but I guess I blocked it out of my vision until you pointed it out.
The only thing now is I don't know how to get back to "my discussion tab" where it listed my posts.

There's a notice in blue, above........Return to Discussion page.........is that what you need? Otherwise, sorry, I haven't a clue.
