Tmblr Yes Or No?

I already have a blog page that doesn't get my proper attention on my website. I am trying to master the task, But it just feels like one more thing to do. I thought maybe if I get a outside blog I might be more motivated to do it. Is anyone here on Tmblr? If so do you like it? I have read a lot on articles online that claim artist should be on Tmblr. But I never see it mentioned here.
