Upload Problems

I am getting an "oops - something is wrong with your upload" message each time I try to submit an image. I have checked the image - jpg as usual. It has a title. There is no indication as to what is wrong. Funny thing is I'm getting this same message at the top of the comment box when I respond to a forum discussion - but my message went through and the message went away. Does anyone have any insight?
