Need Help By The Premium Account, Please

Hi @ all

I am a new meber and I want to upgrade my account to a premium account, but I always fail to enter the address.
I am told that I should only use this ", character" use. "(A-Z), (0-9), (., -), But it still does not work. I have it now tried in all possible variations- only capital letters no lowercase letters, uppercase and lowercase letters, sometimes without space between the words, but nothing works. Has anyone a tip for me? am I doing something wrong?

Are you getting an error message after you hit submit?

@ Andee Photography: Yes, there was an error message ala "Ooops, there is something wrong with the address" and in red colour something like: Please only use for the ADDRESS the charakters: (A-Z), (0-9), (,.-)

You should upgrade your account from your 'Behind The Scenes' page. Look for Premium membership Features . You do not need to enter an address, the system will create one for you. Please let me know if that helps you.

Added: The address I reference pertains to your future Premium website address. Are you having difficulties with entering your house address?

Did you have all fields of the address filled in?

I know I have missed one when filling those in on other sites.

Might want to try closing out and starting over and see if there

is a box you need to fill in or a drop down you need to select.

Or you may have hit a key that you did not want like the period

Might not work but worth a try while you wait. I have had that

happen to me on other sites with the drop down one. Not sure

if we have a drop down or not for address so that may not be an issue.

make sure there are no symbols - like a comma, quotes etc, because the system doesn't like them. make sure the name doesn't have any foreign characters like those with the little symbol mixed in.

@ Jeffrey Campbell: Yes, I have tried to upgrade from "Behinde the scenes" page. When entering the credit card, I must enter a name and adress and that unfortunately does not work.



@ Mike Savad: Thanks for your answer and yes, I haven't used any foreign characters, no comma or quotes.

@ Andee Photography: Yes, I have filled in all fields of the adress...I cants see any box or field or drop down.

I have tried it with the firefox browser and with the opera browser too...I shut down the PC and restart .... to no avail .... I do not further.

I will try it again...and again...

and for the heck of it, erase your cache, maybe something funny is in there.

also make sure that window is the only one open.

and for the heck of it, log into either pixels.com or http://www.fineartgermany.com/ it shouldn't make a difference, but you never know.

Vera, I'm wondering if the system is not seeing the address because it's spelled differently than what Google uses for that town name. For example, I live in a town called "St. Clair", but some web sites I've tried to buy something from don't recognize it unless I type it "Saint Clair" - it won't take the abbreviation....just a thought. Although why you would be coming up with that particular message really doesn't match what I just said.

Ahhh, dear friends, now it worked! Hurrah!

I do not really know why.

I have emptied the cache closed all the windows and the letter "ü" is written at the address with "ue" and now it worked!

Yeah, I've had to do that with German at work, Vera, in applications that won't take the accent marks. That was years ago, but I had to take all the "u umlaut" and make them "ue".
