Uploading

Never had this problem before but it appears that when I try to upload an image it doesn't show. I just get a black upload. Any ideas?

Hi Maria,

By chance, do you know what colour space is associated with your file? Adobe RGB? CMYK? sRGB?

Cmyk

I suspected that, Maria.

FAA does not accept CMYK colour space.

I'm confused because I've been uploading from the same computer for the past three years and have never had a problem. This two that I am trying to upload are black and white renderings. Last week I had no problem uploading. It's just been the past three day.

Maria,

The following information is pulled from the website FAQ link at the bottom of this page. I hope this helps solve your question.

-------------------------------

You should use one of the following color spaces:

sRGB
Adobe RGB

We do not support CMYK or ProPhoto.

If your images are saved in CMYK, you may the see the colors get inverted when you upload them to Fine Art America.

Resave your images in sRGB or Adobe RGB, and you'll be all set.

Thanks I'll give it a try tomorrow. Hope it works.
