Hi Mario.. How about "Ambival-ant".. for the first one.. He looks like he has a big decision to make and is struggling with it. :-)

edit:..Ok..here's number 2.. and this took some thinking... "Petiole presage"... Google them separately :-)

Thanks Barry, I'll keep it in mind. Oh, I just thought of one, "Ant-I-Social" or "Ant-I-Depressed"jaja

the second is a little harder because they are either dancing, or he's throwing him off the roof. that anti-social would work for the second.

combatant
i hate my boss (would make it sell better)
dance lesson
good catch

I suggest "I give up" for the first one.

Rose you captured the emotion I was going for when I started with this sculpture which was despair!

HAha Angelina, cute! I like it.

@ Mike, your right they are supposed to be ballet dancers, the pose I originally had in mind would have required a base and I really wanted it to free stand, I could see the combatant interpretation , but it's a girl ant he's lifting, didn't you notice the difference in the size of the feet, jaja

for either : Ant-xiety

Mike Savad

Along The Trail, I think that's what I got with these sculptures (Ant-xiety) that keeps me making them.

Mike, I hate to admit it but your right, it certainly looks more like a "toss the wife out the window or off the bridge" than a graceful ballet lift, the thing is these sculptures seem to take on a life of there own regardless of the vision I had for it, many times I started making something and it turned out to be something totally different. I think I will embrace and exploit the combatant in the sculpture rather than insist on a clumsy ballet dancer.

I love your ants Mario. the first one is , "no ant in slight" or "ant of the day" the second one, "circus of ants" or "he ain't heavy he is my ant"

Mario Carta

Thank you Alfred, those are good suggestions. I like "circus of ants" as I have chucked the ballet dancers out the window.
