I had this same question and contacted tech support but no reply to my email. I wish there were a more customer friendly and professional way for FAA to handle this, such as an unsubscribe option or a way to delete our credit card. That does bother me.

Does the "Close Account" button in Behind the Scenes not work? Or do you not get a refund that way?

That would close the entire account, perhaps she wants to still keep the free account set up.

EDIT: Looks like he has taken care of it...his account is now closed...just noticed this is over a month old :)

Support will take care of it IF they reply this time. Last time they never replied, so another year went by. I emailed them the other day and no reply yet.
