I've been researching it and speaking via my international social network with many of my pro photographer friends around the world for quite some time on this . even before the option was offered here for members . .
and as of yet I am reluctant to do so because the license cannot be specific or individualised or personalised for each customer depending upon their use of the image . . .
As it is I am reasonably sure I am not going to know who they are and what their purpose is . . .
If we activate that feature right now we have no control over who purchases the license and for what reason . . . I am reluctant to authorize the download of my full resolution file unless I know specifically who is purchasing it and why . . . .
Categories of Photography Use: Commercial, Editorial, and Retail | are the primary categories for licensing . and there is Personal Use . . . there are more of course . . Is it for a book cover . a catalog . a product . . ? ?

Assignment Photography is primarily a service business that creates photographs. Assignment Photographers are predominantly independent photographers hired directly by the end user or by a representative of the end user, such as an advertising agency or design firm. Stock Photography is a commodity business, dominated by a handful of large distributors, each selling photographs that already exist. Licensing my image for a specific use is an option for how my business generates gross income . .
Offering a broad spectrum licensing with permission to download my full res digital file without a specific license and signed agreement doesn't sound like a good idea to me . . . .
The client paying for this license does not have the right to use my images beyond the scope of a written agreement.
As far as I know here we do not have a written agreement . . If we choose those options and offer our images for licensing we would be rendering our digital files out of control . . I am not willing to do that . .
To offer licensing on my images I would need a contract before agreeing to it . . .
