Is everyone getting there art offered on iPhone cases? I was led to believe that this was an automatic feature we all get from Pixels...

you'll see it in your pixels site, and your artist website. otherwise you'll have to add prices to these or they won't show.

Before you contact support, did you add prices to them when you upload, or bulk edit prices on your existing art? If not, you will not be selling them until you do.
