Problems With Email/ Email Campaign

Hello,
Has anyone else experienced trouble with the email Campaign? I started one just recently and NO ONE has received it. ( Spam or Junk mail)
Ive also had people tell me they have sent me an email and nothing has ever shown up.
Can any one help?

Hello Kimberly,

Yes, I've just send out an Email Campaign with the same problem.... I use and AOL email account and I'm beginning to wonder if there is an issue with that. I think AOL has had some problems lately with their email.

Hi Jamie,
Thank you for the reply. Yes, Ive tried multiple times and only two have been received and opened. I do believe this is an error on FAA site. As Ive sent the campaign to myself and NEVER have received anything.

If not with COMCAST or AOL then the emails are in your spam folder
If with COMCAST or AOL they keep blocking us before the mails even get to you. We have asked them to stop but they do it every week. We suggest people using those emails change them as their login and contact mails

Thank you for the info. Ya, it unfortunately nothing has been showing up in spam or trash. Im a yahoo user. This is very Frustrating.

Hello -

I just changed my login email from an AOL email account to my business email account with a directmaildp.com domain name. Still, nothing is getting delivered.

The emails are going out and, as you can see some have been opened. Did you change the email in the subscribers list?

Again, Thank you for your help. Ive checked and double checked. Even Re-sent the campaign again including to myself. Nothing.
One of life's mysteries I guess. Seems I'm out of options.

Hello Isabella,

No, I changed my login Email address for FAA to something other than an AOL email. It uses your login Email as the sender email... I did get a few more opened, however, none that were sent to AOL email accounts were opened and not an acceptable total number opened either. My brother said it was still getting flagged as "Spam", perhaps due to too many hotlinks back to my artwork, use of the words "Free" or "Guarantee", newsletter too long, etc..

I guess there are some things you can put into the newsletter that can cause it to be automatically flagged as "Spam" by the internet providers and then deleted instead of delivering it to your Spam folder.
