Does Anyone Know How To Get A Youtube Video Count Un-blocked?

I have 11 Youtube videos. All except two get hits once in a while. Two of them that were posted in the Fall and Spring on 2013. They started with 301 and they still have 301.

I know they have been viewed since then.

Anyone know a way to get them un-blocked. I have notified Google which is what Youtube says to do but no response.
