Urgent Payment Inquiry

I sold one print and after 30 days I received an email from fine art america about the payment, however when I contacted PalPal there was NO or amount being transferred into my account. I called up PayPal and they asked me to get a unique transaction ID from fine art america.

I contacted the number below of their email sent to me and a guy answered to me like robot who kept on repeating that he cannot help and could not give another phone number to contact with for more information. I was advised to fill my questions and queries on the contact us which I did but no reply so far. I'm calling a long distance call and spent money for this little amount of money and I'm totally disappointed of the service.

The problem is they also sent me a reminder like this "We'll automatically cancel this payment and return the money to Fine Art America's account on 15 Apr 2014, so you should claim it as soon as possible" How possible is that?

Please help me to solve this problem. Really appreciate all your comments and suggestions.

#1 mistake is that you have a typo in your PayPal email address - check behind the scenes - Accounting - Payment Info - and just make sure.

What date did the print sell? The next payment date for sales is April 15, there is always a delay due to the 30 day money back guarantee.
