The slideshow will use the first 10 images in your portfolio (under the Images tab). If you want the 10 galleries logos, find those images within your portfolio (not your galleries), hit the "Position" button beneath each photo and then from the drop down, choose positions 0 thru 9. You don't have to use your galleries logos, you can choose whichever 10 images you want.
