Topaz Detail - Sharpening And Detail Enhancement Software - 50% Off - Apr 10-apr30, 2014

Topaz Labs will run this month another promotion for one of their products - this time for Topaz Detail which makes your images sharper and adds local contrast. In contrast to Photoshop or Lightroom sharpening, this program allows you to specify sharpening on multiple levels with the addition of local contrast. Personally, I find it especially useful for the creative sharpening phase in landscape or macro images.

MAIN FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

* Better control over image detail. Detail uses size-based processing that lets you independently adjust small, medium, and large details.
* More natural images. The technology in Detail substantially reduces the halos and artifacts you get from over-sharpening.
* More volume and three-dimensionality. Detail can enhance larger image features to increase the perceived "depth" of your photo.

The current promotion ($19.99 instead of regular $39.99) will run from Apr 10 to Apr 30, 2014.
For more information, to see some Before and After examples, or to purchase it at the reduced rate, use the link below:

Looking forward to getting the program, Les.

On a side note, I like the corrugated metal background you used on your blog also. :)

Thanks Greg,

The corrugated background is my own image, I photographed it a few years ago, it was a rather grungy looking wall of an old silo building.
Maybe I should put it on the new Licensing.pixels.com site.

Topaz has just released an update with a new interface to their program - Version 3.2.
With the new interface, now you can see at a glance several small pictures with multiple presets and select the one which you like best.

If you already have a previous version, just log in, and go to Topaz, Support, Upgrade and select Detail 3.2 upgrade
Any new purchases, should automatically download the latest version.
