Subscription Invoice For 2013?

Hi all,
I've emailed support but got no reply as yet, so thought I'd see if anyone can help here!
I'm doing my taxes, and would like to print off the payment I made for last year, but see only the option "see last payment" or words to that effect, which gives me the payment I paid for THIS year?

Also, I'm in Canada, and I haven't yet been asked, or see anyway of inputting an ITIN number for taxes for international members? Don't they want that info on this site?

Thanks for reminding me. I guess you could look at your credit card statement and use the information from there. I will just add it in somewhere on my expenses on my schedule c and save me a few dollars. Every bit helps.,
