Invalid "excuses" To Copyright Infringement

This is a very interesting article and some of these "excuses" we have seen discussed here many times on the FAA Forum.

EDIT - This thread is NOT about the current state of the "internet" and/or what the "internet" was designed to be. It is a discussion regarding common excuses made with regards to "copyright infringement" and how they may or may not hold any water, whether the infringement occurs online and / or offline.

The first one is the one I always get, it seems, sometimes coupled with one I didn't see here -- "It came up on Google Images."

Yes it is so . All artists need to know is to stay away from other people's property and start being creative and make your own crap, like Picasso did. Quit imitating, copying, using, borrowing, etc and start being yourself!

Artists who are educated know to seek paths of creativity within themselves. Although Picasso himself stated loudly that he visited galleries and shows by other artists for the purpose of "finding something I could steal".

Photographers need to do work more like Leah does and create the scenes out of their heads.
